Earth Day Blog Hop!!!

Welcome to our very first public blog hop!!! Today is Earth Day and to celebrate we're hopping along showing off projects we've made using only scraps from our stashes.  My scrap pile is huge!!!  So this theme is perfect for me.

If you're just popping in, stop back at the Shannon's Sentiments Store blog to start at the beginning.  If you're here from Denise's blog, then you're on the right track.

Here's the card I created with images from the "Peace, Love and Stamping" set.

I colored the branch image with Prismacolor pencils blending with OMS.  I then added some Diamond Stickles for bling.

This is the last stop on the hop.  Did you remember about the giveaway on your way thru the hop?  Leave a comment on each of the hop blogs and a random winner will receive one image or set from the store of their choice.

Happy Stamping,
Shannon

I hopped all the way through and loved it! A common theme throughout seemed to be the beautiful earthy colours and the serenity of the cards.
Thanks for organising this, Shannon - I had a great time, and have been truly inspired to consider my scraps in future.

Such a great way to inspire us to use our scraps! As in most everything in life, it is often easier to just grab something new rather than figure out how to use all those scraps. Thanks for sharing!

This card is so elegant in it's simplicity. The dp is a perfect background for that wonderful sentiment and branch. Love the earthy colors. Thanks for sharing and thanks so much for putting on such a wonderful hop. Your DT did such wonderful inspirational creations with their scraps.

Fabulous card. You are a whiz with those Prisma pencils. You have blended the colors so softly. Great job.
