Cuttlebug Be Inspired #25

It's Wednesday....and you all know what that means.....it's Cuttlebug Be Inspired time!!! This week we paired up with Sheetloads for an intersite sketch challenge. And you know how much I love sketch challenges....so this one was right up my alley!!!! Yippie!!! And....I got to use my stamps from one of my favorite companies as well...Unity!!! Both the sentiment and main quote stamp are from their March Kit of the Month. I used 2 different products from ShortCuts....their clear sheets and their frosted pre-scored card. WOW...the frosted card feels so much like a plastic....not like a vellum, which I was kinda expecting. It's all think and rich and chocolatey....what???? It's not chocolatey....guess I need to hit the Hershey Kiss stash! But it really is wonderful to work with. If you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for?
I embossed the clear sheet for the background of the main image with the "Floral Screen" Cuttlebug Embossing Folder. The pink background is embossed with the "Floral Screen" folder as well, then rubbed with Tim Holtz distress ink in Walnut Stain and mounted behind the front of the frosted card. The image is colored with Prismacolor Pencils and OMS. The flowers are be Prima...and the brads are Basic Grey.
Don't forget.....create a project based on the sketch found here and leave your link with Mr. Linky at the Cuttlebug Challenge blog for you chance to win some of these amazing products.
Also, go visit the other Cuttlebug Challenge DT members and the SheetLoads DT members and leave them some Bit of Luv on their blogs for all their hard work.
Happy Stamping!
Hugs,
Shannon

Just gorgeous Shannon! Love the stamps that you've used, the sentiment is very sweet. Just gorgeous colours too! Know what you mean about the frosted sheets, though maybe not so much chocolatey!
