GKD Monday Color Challenge

Happy Monday!!!!! It's back to the grind today after being off work since Dec. 23rd!!!! It's been a good vacation, but I'm ready to get back to the usual routine. Being off work that long and I start to forget what day it is and stuff like that. Crazy!!!!

Today's StampTV Color Challenge is Blue and Green. You can use any shade of either one....as you can see I used a lime green and turquoise blue. I stamped the image from Rupa's "Thinking of You" in Tuxedo Black ink and colored is with Prismacolor Pencils blended with OMS. The papers are Basic Grey and SEI.

Happy Saturday!!!!! It's time for this week's Etsy Inspired Challenge.

This week's shop is Manic Muffin. The cutest little plushies!!!! I chose this little owl plushie as my inspiration piece and created this simple card using one of the sentiment's from Melanie's newest set Tech Talk. I kept it simple as my mojo is running on extreme low these days....ugh!!!!

The project I'm sharing with you today is my favorite one that I created using Melanie's set "The Best Things in Life" I mean really.....what's better than chocolate? I created this candy bar wrapper using some yummy Basic Grey papers, a couple of punches, ribbons, buttons, hemp thread, and of course.....a Hershey's chocolate bar!!!! Enjoy the rest of the hop!!!!

STV Color Challenge

Happy Monday!!!! Ok....I'm going to post this quick as I can manage before my computer gives out on me again. I hadn't been able to even get this thing to boot up all weekend....until it finally decided to work for all of a whole 5 mins last night for me before losing the internet connection all together. Ugh!!!!

So, I have a new color challenge at Stamp TV for you today!!!! Black and White! That's it!!! No other colors!!! Keep it simple.....best way to go this time of the year that's for sure! I've been crazy busy all weekend finishing up Christmas decorating and shopping, so card making has had to be quick. Come over and play along with me. I created my card using Evangeline. I colored her with Copics, and the background with Prismacolor Pencils blended with OMS. I embossed the small panel with the Cuttlebug folder "Forest Branches". I added some Stardust glitter pen to the bubbles and areas of her tail.

GKD Color Challenge #3

Happy Monday!!!!

It's time for another color challenge at StampTV. I've been a blue, silver, white girl for Christmas .... but this year I switched it up to red, silver, and white to match my living room decor. But....growning up we never had a color scheme...anything and everything went on the tree. So, the color challenge for this week is ROY-G-BIV!!!!! Get as many colors into your card as you can!

Happy Saturday!!!! It's time for another Etsy Inspired Challenge. This week's store is Marmar. She makes the cutest pieces of jewelry and prints.

I choose this Little Dog House necklace as my inspiration this week. I stamped the puppy in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with Prismacolor Pencils blended with OMS. The card base is Gina's Soft Sand Pure Luxury CS. The image is from Asela's Warm & Fuzzy.
